    Buongiorno,

    per il modulo "Promo circolare Laila CPS Molli" non funziona la mail di risposta automatica.

    Ho modificato i parametri per l'invio delle mail, inserendo delle nuove credenziali SMTP.

    Funzionano gli invii delle notifiche, ma non funzionano le risposte automatiche a chi compila i moduli.

    Possiamo verificare?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I've cloned and tested your form to replicate the issue, but I was able to receive the Autoresponder email after sending a submission. See the screenshot below:

    Since you're using SMTP, your email service provider could be blocking the emails. Try whitelisting Jotform IP addresses and Domains. If the issue persists, try switching to the noreply@jotform.com sender email to see if it would work:

    Another option is to delete the current Autoresponder email and add a new one:
