    Buon pomeriggio,

    Ho svuotato i moduli dalle risposte ricevute, ma continuo a vedere il messaggio "Hai superato il limite di spazio di caricamento."

    Perché? Sto sbagliando qualche passaggio o devo semplicemente attendere che il server si aggiorni, rendendo di nuovo operativi i miei moduli, attualmente sospesi?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I noted your upload space limit reached to 104.87 MB out of 100 MB. In the starter plan you get 100 MB upload space limit. That is why you are getting that alert message. Yes, you are missing one step which will free up the upload space limit. You can release the upload space by purging some submission entries. It is important that download your submission files, before deleting them. Here is a link on how to download form submission as Excel, CSV, and in PDF format.

    • While you are in your Submission table, select the submission entries from the left side next to the Submission date.
    • Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
    • Now, choose CSVExcel, or PDF format and download your data.

    You need to delete your deleted submission from the Trashed entries' folder to free up space. Jotform saves deleted submission entries for 30 days in the trash folder. So, you can restore it if you need to. This is the link that will help you to understand your account usage and limits. Let me show you how you can purge submission entries:

    • On the Jotform Table, click on the 3 dots on the left side where you can see the Form button.
    • Select Trashed entries from the menu.
    • A new Side Tash window will open on the right, where you select all the submissions and then click on the Delete Forever.
    • On the confirmation, again. Select Delete, that's it.

    As you can see in the screencast I've deleted only four entries but, you can delete all if you've already downloaded the submissions.

    Hi,

    thank you so much for your answer. I followed your instructions deleting everything. My trash now is empty, but I still see the same message as before. I think it's because the site has to be updated, I'll wait for it.
