Il link del doodle che ho creato non funziona più da cellulare

Buongiorno,

più di un mese fa ho creato un form per l'organizzazione di una festa. Il link è sempre lo stesso cioè https://form.jotform.com/231476627784064.

Sebbene da pc funzioni ancora, chi lo apre da cellulare trova un messaggio di errore.

Preciso che il form ha sempre funzionato, il problema sussiste da un paio di giorni, ma il form dovrebbe essere attivo ancora almeno 3-4 giorni.

A cosa è dovuto l'errore e come posso fare per sistemare la cosa?
