404 Error

Now, I'll help you with your question. Did you get an email after completing a form and trying to view a file attached on that email?  If that is the case, this depends on the privacy settings of the form owner, which means that only the form owner has access to and can view it.

You can notify the form owner by replying on the email you received that you are unable to access the PDF and provide them with this guide that they need to disable so that you can view it. Note that it is still up to the form owner to disable that option.
