With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. Jotform usernames can only contain Alphanumeric characters and underscore '_' with no spaces. So we suggest something like Regalo_Italiano_s.r.l with no space. If you do not like the suggested username, you can also provide us 3 more usernames and we will update it according to order. Please give us your confirmation by replying back to this thread.

Please take note that if you were using a custom URL for your form, it will no longer work since the username will be changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead. You may check out this guide on How to Create a Custom URL of a Form on how to reset it.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Grazie per averci ricontattato. Purtroppo, il nome utente proposto dalla mia collega non è disponibile in quanto i punti non sono caratteri accettati nell'username. Quindi, ti chiediamo di inviarci 3 username in ordine di preferenza tenendo conto che sono consentiti solo lettere, numeri e trattini bassi.

Rimaniamo in attesa di ulteriori informazioni prima di procedere.

Grazie per averci ricontattato. Per quanto riguarda i punti nel tuo username attuale, la prima volta che viene creato l'account, il sistema lo associa all'indirizzo email e, se quest'ultimo li contiene, anche i punti vengono riportati nell'username. Quando invece si vuole modificare l'username, questi caratteri non sono più consentiti.

Come da tua richiesta il tuo username è stato modificato, l'username attuale è ad_star.

Facci sapere se hai bisogno di ulteriore aiuto.
