Entro quanto tempo Jotform viene ripristinato se non funziona più?

Vorrei sapere quali sono le politiche di ripristino di Jotform nel caso in cui ci siano dei problemi.

Non ho trovato la risposta sui Terms of use.

Regarding your question about a policy to recover the data if you lost it with your forms. If that is your question, you can open a request and we can reach out to our developers to take a look and attempt to recover any lost data. Also, you can check Our Terms 10 and 11 for limitations of availability.
