Non riceviamo email di notifica invio domande

    Gentili,

    sia chi compila i moduli che noi non stiamo ricevendo notifica di invio delle risposte, o meglio a volte sì a volte no. Questo è molto grave per noi. Come possiamo risolvere rapidamente?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you are having an issue with receiving Notification/Autoresponder Emails. I've checked the last form on this forum but was unable to find one. Could you please provide us with the Form URL you are referring to so I can check it out? Let me show you where to find the Form URL:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
    2. You will immediately see the Form URL, click on Copy Link.

    But is not the only forms that not send automatic emails when completed.

    Hi Nicola,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've cloned your form and tested it, but I was unable to replicate the issue. I can get a Notification Email upon submission. Check out the screenshot of my results:

    I've also checked the email address mentioned in the Notification Email in our log and I can see that the emails are being sent successfully from Jotform. The email address also does not appear in the bounce/unsubscribe list.

    Could you please check your Spam/Junk folder in case the emails are there? I also suggest whitelisting Jotform IP and address with your email provider in case they are blocking emails from Jotform. It is also a good idea to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contacts lists. Additionally, you can check out this guide on Why Am I Not Receiving Emails?

    Grazie per l'assistenza.

    Devo però segnalare che sui nostri form l'invio delle email di notifica non avviene sempre. Ogni form ha una notifica sia per chi compila che per chi deve ricevere le risposte. Queste notifiche non vengono sempre inviate correttamente.

    In più vorrei segnalare che non sempre vengono inviate le email per il "Save and continue later". Ovvero a volte l'email non parte.

    Hi Nicola,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I understand you are referring to Autoresponder Email and Save and Continue email not sending out sometimes. Could you please provide us with the Email Address where the emails are not being sent out so I can check our logs and see what's going on?

    Additionally, I also suggest them to whitelisting Jotform IP and address with their email provider in case they are blocking emails from Jotform. Can you ask them to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to their contacts lists and try it once again?

    You can also check the Email History in your account to see if the email is being sent out successfully, let me show you how:

    1. Click on the Profile Avatar on top Right Corner.
    2. In the dropdown click on Setting.
    3. Select History from the left panel and you will see all the emails sent out from your account.

    Thank you for showing me how to check if email was sent or no. It is very useful.

    At the same time I've published 8 forms and I'm receiving email of complains from different users. The reasons are that the users does not receive email as expected.

    Could you please provide us with the affected Email addresses who are not getting emails? Also, can you give us permission to do a test submission on your form and we can do a test. Also you can ask the affected people to follow the steps I mentioned in my previous reply.

    Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.

    Grazie per averci ricontattato. Ho effettuato un live test del tuo modulo e non sono riuscito a replicare la situazione descritta, ho correttamente ricevuto la mail di autorisposta dopo pochi istanti:Non riceviamo email di notifica invio domande Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Se hai già verificato che le email sono state correttamente inviate dal lato di Jotform, potrebbe darsi che il provider degli utenti stia bloccando la ricezione delle mail o che siano finite in una sezione differente della casella postale, come nella posta indesiderata o spam. Potresti prendere in considerazione di impostare un SMTP in modo che il mittente della mail non sia Jotform ma il tuo indirizzo. Qui puoi trovare una guida su come impostare un SMTP.
