    Hi Patrizia,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question.

    If you're referring to removing the payment integration, you can easily do it. Let me show you how: 

    • Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Payment Field.
    • Now, click on the Credit Card icon on the right side of the element to remove the integration.

    You can also remove the integration if you switch the payment gateway to a Purchase Order. Customers don't have to make a payment with a Purchase Order. It will work just like the Product Listing element. Let's do it: 

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Elements menu on the left side of the screen.
    2. Under the Payments tab, click on the Three Dots icon next to your payment method.
    3. Now, click on Switch to Another Gateway.
    4. In the list that opens up, scroll down and click on Purchase Order to add it to your form.
