I was testing a Jotform file upload form. But I can't set the fixed email for receiving files

Now, let me help you with your question. If you're referring to the notification, the notification will be sent to the recipient listed on the element, in your case it's pietropeluso@caprigroup.eu. But if you are referring to the autoresponder, the autoresponder will be sent to the email address entered on the Indirizzo E-mail field.

Thanks for getting back to us. To stop the form respondent from getting an email copy of their submitted data, you can delete the autoresponder email. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• On the left side of the Autoresponder, click on the Trash Can icon. 
• Confirm it by clicking Delete on the next section.
