Now, let me help you with your question. If I understood what you’re asking, you want to recover the previous version of your form. Restoring your form's version to an older version is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click the Green Circular arrow icon at the bottom of the Form Title.

2. Select a version of your form then click the Revert button. You can also check out this guide on How to View Your Form's Revision History
