Billing: Removing credit card and using bank transfer instead

    Buongiorno,

    il portale jotform è utilizzato dal Comune di Aprilia per il modulo di iscrizione al trasporto scolastico. Attualmente è agganciata la carta di credito personale del Dirigente per il rinnovo dell'abbonamento annuale. Tale procedura non è del tutto corretta per una pubblica amministrazione, per cui si richiede se fosse possibile la possibilità di pagamento attraverso bonifico, a seguito di emissione di regolare fattura da parte di Jotform.

    Si rimane in attesa di un vostro cortese riscontro.

I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, I'll help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. For clarification, do you want to remove the credit card on file and use bank transfer as your payment method, is this correct?

    HI,

    yes this is correct.

    We are a public administration that unfortunatly doesn't own a credit card. By the law we are expected to pay external providers using bank transfer following the issuance of a regular invoice.

    Thanks for getting back to us. If you want to pay for your subscription via Bank transfer, you can send a request to qoutes@jotform.com. Please indicate your account email address or username and the type of plan(yearly or monthly) you'd like to subscribe to (Bronze, Silver, Gold). You can check our Pricing so that you could have a better idea of the pricing of our plans. This guide will also be useful to understand the different limits of each plan.
