Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support is not available right so I'll respond in English. If you are accessing uploade files via email notification, make sure you are logged in to your account otherwise, you'll get an error. If you want to access uploaded files without log in needed, you can change your security settings.- Click on your Avatar
- Select Security
- Uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files.
