Impossibile accedere al mio account

    Buongiorno,
    ho provato poco fa ad accedere al mio account jotform e mi indica che la password o il nome utente sono errati.

    Ho provato chiedendo il rese delle credenziali e non mi arriva alcuna email con le istruzioni.

    Come posso procedere,

I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, I'll help you with your question. After checking the account you are using to create this thread, I have seen that you are using a guest account. Can you please provide us with the account username or email address you are trying to log in to? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

    We'll be able to move forward once we hear back from you.

    As I said, I tried to access my profile but I am told that the credentials are incorrect.

    I couldn't even log in to send the support request, but the email address I listed as guest is the one I would have already registered in jotform and cannot access that is: registration@concorsopianisticoverona.com

    I cannot even get the password reset email to this address. I did, however, receive the email notifying me of your response, so it is not a mail problem.

    I don't know what kind of screenshots I can provide, just the "wrong username or password" error.

    In addition, I have a paying account for the profile.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I reviewed our mail logs but also could not find a password reset email sent to re********on@con******************ona.**m; neither could I find an account under that email. However, I found a paid account that was previously using that email address which is most likely the account you're trying to access. The email address currently associated with the account is co*******on@ve**********al.*u. Please log in or reset the account password using that email.

    If you do not recognize that email, if you happen to have saved one, please share a URL of a form you believe is in the account that you're looking to access; that'll help us trace the correct account.
