Impossibile compilare il form

Ciao, utilizziamo il vostro programma nella nostra attività escape room a milano.

Purtroppo, con il 90% dei telefoni incontriamo sempre dei grossi problemi che impediscono di terminare la compilazione del form.

Come possiamo risolvere?

I’m sorry you're having issues with your form. I cloned your form and tested your form in a mobile to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. I've also gone ahead and cleared your form cache in case it may help. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

While filling out the forms by customers, in most cases you can't get to the end. I think it's a caching problem of the devices used for the build. But we have colleagues who in their companies use other services similar to yours with customers and they don't have this problem. Is there a solution?
