Buonasera, ho inserito un indirizzo email come "proprietario" di un modulo che ho creato, ma ora non ricevo le risposte di coloro che compilano quel modulo. Come faccio? Grazie.

Hi, I entered an email address as the "owner" of a form I created, but now I'm not getting responses from those who fill out that form. How can I do? Thank you.

I’m sorry you're having issues with your form. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. When I looked at your form, I saw that the Notification Email wasn't configured correctly. It seems the the recipient email is missing:
It’s easy to add recipient on the Notification Emails. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- To edit it, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the Notification Email.
- Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter a new email address.
