Buongiorno,
https://form.jotform.com/231232499694364
KCCCC - Isole Tremiti in caicco
INKCT - Isole Incoronate in catamarano
Potete aiutarci? Grazie

Hello Eve,
Can you please share which exact fields are you having issues with? Please share a screenshot whenever possible.
How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-System (Note: Email Attachment Is Not Supported)
Also, please note that for show/hide condition, if the condition is not met, it does the opposite regardless of other conditions, which may cause conflicts. As such, please make sure that for a certain field, only create one condition that affects its visibility to avoid conflicts.

Hi,
let's see for example our form https://form.jotform.com/231232499694364
Question number 4 asks which holiday have you done?
If the client picks the answer named "KCCCC - Isole Tremiti..." we need to show one more question "Come valuti i pasti a bordo". Up to this point the conditions we have inserted work well and this field appears correctly only if the answer KCCCC has been indicated in the above question
We have problems with the following condition: only if the question "come valuti i pasti a bordo" have been answered AND also the value is negative (client has chosen 0 or 4) we need the following question "Perché" to appear
If at the beginning client has chosen a different answer regarding the holiday, both following questions "Come valuti i pasti" and the connected "Perché" have to disappear.

Hello Eva,
Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry you’re having trouble setting up your conditions. I cloned your form and was able to replicate this. It seems that the condition directly applied from the Emoji Slider causes these conflicts, which is why the fields and widget intended to show and hide isn't working.
As a workaround, try to add a Form Calculation Widget, to be able to get the value from the "come valuti i pasti a bordo". Let me show you how to do that:
Once done, set up conditions as shown below:
Also, in order for the "come valuti i pasti a bordo" and "Perché" to appear when "KCCCC - Isole Tremiti weekend in caicco" is selected from the dropdown list, you can set up conditions as shown below:
Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
