    I can also have assistance in English. However, this problem occurs only on some smartphones.

    Hi there,

    That seems strange. I've just tested the Take Photo widget and it works fine. I'd like to ask a few questions so we can determine what's causing this problem:

    1. Is this only happening on your phone?
    2. What browser was used when accessing your form? (Safari, Google Chrome)
    3. Have you tried accessing your form using a different device such as a laptop or iPad to see if you're able to reproduce the issue?

    For now, I suggest checking the camera permission settings on that phone(if you have access to it) to ensure that the browser is not blocked from using/accessing the camera. More information about control access to hardware features can be found here. Kindly follow the guide below:

    1. Go to Settings  > Privacy.
    2. Tap Camera
    3. You'll then see the apps that requested camera access.
    4. Make sure that the toggle for the phone's browser(or whatever browser was used when accessing the form) is turned on. If not, turn it on and try again.
