Impossibile recuperare la password

È da ieri sera che cerco di accedere alla mia pagina, ma non ricevo alcuna email di recupero e la piattaforma blocca il mio accesso ripetutamente per svariate ore. Devo accedere urgentemente ad un documento e non uso la piattaforma da mesi, motivo per cui non ricordo la password. Ironicamente, non posso nemmeno rendere questa richiesta di assistenza privata perchè ho bisogno di accedere al mio account per farlo

A possible username is something along the lines of Charmee

I managed to change my password but it still says it's incorrect. I've tried changing it three times. It appears I'm inside my account but I still can't access anything related to it except this forum
