Richiesta funzione su account Enterprise

    Buongiorno vorrei sapere se con l'account Enterprise è possibile fare questa operazione: Gli utenti già registrati, possono accedere tramite user e password e successivamente rispondere alle domande. Gli utenti nuovi, si devono registrare, inseririe i propri dati anagrafici, scegliere una user e password, e quindi rispondere alle domande. VORREI QUINDI METTERE IL CONTROLLO DEL NUMERO DI CELLULARE TRAMITE TWILIO SOLO PER GLI UTENTI NUOVI E METTERE UN LIMITE DI REGISTRAZIONE MA SOLO PER GLI UTENTI NUOVI IN MODO DA CONTENERE I COSTI DI SMS. In sostanza: per gli utenti già registrati e verificati, numero infinito di compilazioni del form, mentre per gli utenti nuovi (da verificare con sms) mettere un limite. E' possibile?     Avevo già provato a scrivere all'assistenza di Enterprise, ma siccome il mio indirizzo di posta elettronica è tecnotopcar@gmail.com non possono rispondermi, perchè troppo generico.

    Non ho altri indirizzi di posta elettronica: come posso fare?

    Avere questa risposta per me significa scegliere o non scegliere di fare l'abbonamento a Enterprise.

    Hi Ivan,

    Our Enterprise subscriptions start as $79.00 per user per month with a minimum of 5 user accounts. This is billed annually brining the minimum cost for upgrading to Enterprise to $4,740.00 for the year.     Hello David, I had already seen the price and since it is an important expense, I would like to understand if it allows me to upload a form with certain characteristics that are not provided in the free version: if it is possible, I subscribe.


    Let me explain:

    I have to create a form that has two parts: a first personal part: Name, Surname, e-mail, mobile number, username and password - a second part with a questionnaire that can change over time.

    I need the user who registers to my form for the first time to be authenticated with a Twillio text message (function that you already have) and to be able to create a user and password.

    If I change the questions to my form next month, the user who has already registered in the past should not be authenticated with a text message (which has a cost for me) but only with a username and password.

    Finally: I want to know if you can set a limit to fill in the form (a function that already exists) but only for new users who register (which for me have a cost: SMS), while for already registered users that they use username and password, the compilations can be infinite.

    That said, as far as I can understand, I think you can achieve what you need by just allowing your clients to Edit their original submission, via the Edit link.

    Adding a Get Form Page URL widget to your form, will also allow you to understand when the form is being opened in Editing mode, and thus, through conditional logic, hiding the fields they already filled out, such as those related to their personal details, or the questions they already replied to.

    Of course, the phone verification will only be required on first submission, not when editing a previous existing submission.
