Hi!

We very like your solutions, and we have a corporate account.

We offer services in the healthcare fiele, and we use Jotform to collect patient's data and consent form.

We have a question: using HealthCare App, it's possible to deliver the patient healthcare report (the results of the lab test we do, after the patient submit the data?)

What we need is a way to send to each patient, in a sedere way, the results of the medical tests, after we received the successione form.

We know Jotform not allow passwords or login, so a client portal is not possible: there is an other way?!
