GDPR per raccolta dati

Ciao,

Ho creato un modulo all'interno del quale chiedo e raccolgo dati sensibili (come nome, email, numero di telefono) degli utenti che lo compilano, per poi offrire un servizio.

Mi chiedevo se fosse necessario creare una casella, un link, o cos'altro per informare sull'utilizzo dei dati personali. Se si, sapreste darmi delle indicazioni su come creare questa informativa GDPR e come integrarla correttamente nel modulo?

You may add a Short Scrollable widget on the form and provide the terms on using the sensitive information on the form. Users can accept those terms and then submit the form.
