Buon pomeriggio,
grazie

Hi Marketing_Pratic,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, It looks like you're using the Appointment element to manage group bookings, but it's not updating the remaining slots as expected. The Appointment element allows for multiple participants per time slot, but it doesn’t display available slots dynamically.
To track the remaining slots visibly, consider using the Gift Registry widget instead. This widget allows you to set a total quantity and dynamically update availability as users book. Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element on the left side of the page.
- Go to the Widgets tab.
- Add a Gift Registry widget.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Good afternoon Jefferson,
we managed to add the qty gift widget but as you can see it's not directly related to the appointment widget so the user should book the participation and after that make again a selection in the gift widget.
The procedure is not so user friendly.
Could you eventually help us find a solution to have this working?
We basically want to know if the previous settings are correct (10 people in both fields) and how can we be sure that the limit imposed for each date is working properly.Thank you

Hi Marketing_Pratic,
I understand that you need a way to track and display the remaining available slots for each appointment while keeping the process user-friendly. The Ticket Purchases widget dynamically updates the available slots as users book appointments, ensuring that no more than 10 participants can register for each time slot. Here's how to set it up:
- Access your form in Jotform Form Builder and click on Add Element on the left side of the screen.
- Go to the Widgets tab, and in the search field, type Ticket Purchases and select it.
- Click on the Ticket Purchases widget and then on the Widget Settings icon to open the configurations.
- In the Ticket Types field, list the available time slots in the following format, like above, then Save.
08:00 {10} 09:00 {10} 10:00 {10} 11:00 {10}
- Go to the Settings tab in Form Builder.
- Select Conditions from the left-side menu.
- Click + Add New Condition, and Choose Show/Hide Field.
- Configure like the image. Then Click Save to activate the rule.
Give it a try and let me know if you need further assistance.
- Access your form in Jotform Form Builder and click on Add Element on the left side of the screen.
