Jotform Mobile App is not loading

    Buongiorno, negli ultimi giorni sto riscontrando il problema di non poter aprire più la vostra applicazione, la schermata rimane bloccata sul logo, nonostante ciò io sto continuando a ricevere messaggi per cui ho davvero bisogno di risolvere questo problema il prima possibile, grazie

    Hi Sara,

    Our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, have you tried restarting your device? If not, you might also want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the Jotform Mobile App. Be sure that both the app and your device are updated to the latest versions. If the issue persists, can you let us know which device you’re using so we can further investigate?

    Salve, ho seguito le vostre indicazioni, ho disinstallato l’app, reinstallata ma al momento di entrare con le credenziali mi dava errore, ho pensato di poter aver scordato la password giusta così l’ho cambiata, nonostante ciò ora mettendo sia mail che password giusta non posso entrare a causa di un errore del sistema, ho dei clienti a cui dovrei rispondere perciò vi chiedo cortesemente di aiutarmi il prima possibile grazie

    Hi Sara,

    I've tested it and our Jotform Mobile App is currently working as expected on both Android and iOS devices. You should be able to use correctly our app.

    As for your issue with the login, could you log into your account through a web browser? If the credentials inserted are correct you should be able to access also in the app. If you're receiving an error, could you send us a screenshot of the error message? Here's a guide about How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum.

    I've also flushed your login attempts, could you try to access the app again?
