Non riusciamo a scaricare le risposte ai nostri form, selezionando il formato Excel appare "Downloading..." ma non scarica nulla.

Let me get back to your question. Can you tell me, if this is happening with a specific form or with all forms? Can you send me the link to your form, so I can take a look at it for you? I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache. It is a good practice to delete the cache, so data are refreshed to avoid this type of issue in the future. You can do it easily. Let me show you how:
- Hover on your Avatar/Profile picture.
- Click on Settings.
3. Scroll down and click on Clear cache option.
Also, can you try to clear your browser cache or try using another browser? Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. Also, the screenshot you've shared isn't visible on our side.
