Come rimuovere la traduzione nell'elemento a discesa

Sarebbe possibile tradurre il testo dei campi file e del dropdown in inglese?

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form and noticed that you enabled the Show text in the empty option to that dropdown element, which is why the word Seleziona is showing:

You can easily disable it to show the Select by default. Let me show you how:

1. Select the Dropdown Element and click the gear icon to open the Properties panel.
2. Go to the Options tab.
3. Scroll down and toggle off the Show Text in Empty option.
