    Buonasera,

    ho seguito le indicazioni di creare una nuova utenza ma non riesco a trovare i form che venivano usati dalla vecchia utenza jotform@easywelfare.com.

    Come spiegato in precedenza non abbiamo più accesso alla mail jotform@easywelfare.com e quindi non riusciamo a fare la procedura di recupera password.

    Come posso ripristinare l'accesso all'utenza jotform@easywelfare.com? o come faccio ad avere accesso a tutti i form e risposte gestiti dall'utenza jotform@easywelfare.com?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, Unfortunately, we can’t provide another Jotform user’s personal information. You can check out this page for more information about that. Also, I've checked the email address, and it is under the starter plan and there are no Forms listed on that account.

    However, if you don't have access or the said email is already inactive, you may need to contact your IT Department to retrieve the revoked access of the old owner's email in your organization. We enforce the verification and security policy to prevent issues like this from happening in the first place.

    One of the alternatives that we suggest is to clone the forms if you have the form link. This will clone all settings which you can edit and customize, but a new URL will be created for the cloned URL, and submissions will not be moved.

    thank you form your answer.

    When you say that there were no Form listed on that account I remember that the following links were associated to that account:

    Can you please check again?

    It is very important to reset the password because we need to extract all the answer for these forms. They are active forms which are still in use.

    Hello Ricardo,

    The forms are active and are created under the account with the email e**nt*-it@e**nr**.c**. Can you please confirm if you can still access this email and reset the password?

    Yes is also one of our e-mails.

    But the login that I can no loger access is . If I do the RESET PSW procedure for this login the e-mail will be sent to or to ?

    Yes eventi-it@edenred is also one of our e-mails.

    Hello Ricardo,

    Yes, you are correct. The email will be sent to the account's email address once you request to reset your password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
