Pay subscription via bank transfer

Now, coming back to your question, I'm afraid there's no option to pay the subscription via wire transfer. But if you wish to upgrade your account using a Purchase Order (invoice, check), please send an email to quotes@jotform.com. Have in mind that only Yearly plans are available when purchasing using a Purchase order. Someone from the related team will get back to you as soon as possible.
