Vari problemi sul mio modulo

Buongiorno,

ultimamente sto riscontrando vari problemi all'interno dei moduli Jotform.

Ad esempio, toglie i pdf da solo e al posto loro compare una dicitura di 2 righe.

In un altro modulo invece non mi fa vedere un paragrafo che è collegato al precedente (ovviamente il paragrafo che non riesco a vedere non ha alcun tipo di condizione)

Cosa posso fare per risolvere?
