Rimuovere IL CAPTCHA Dal Modulo

    Buongiorno, volevo sapere se la possibilità di togliere il captcha autorizzando alcuni account è compresa nel mio piano di abbonamento o se devo fare un upgrade ed eventualmente a quale piano.

    Now, coming back to your question. The one you are referring to is the Anti-Spam Captcha, this Captcha is automatically activated when a system detects unusual activity on the form from the exact IPs. If users are on a shared IP address, that is a possible reason for this to come up. Note that once we whitelist your account, the form can no longer show the Captcha if there's an actual spam attack. The whitelisting of accounts can be done on any paid accounts.

    Let us know if you wish to proceed with whitelisting the account.

    Hi Sheena, I understood this from another ticket. That form is currently used by six people who have to collect data from different users, it's as if they were filling out surveys on behalf of others. I have a silver subscription: is it enough? or do I need to upgrade? in case you need the email addresses of the people who are using it?

    Yes, your Silver subscription is sufficient for us to whitelist your account, as this feature is available to all paid accounts (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). You do not need to provide all their email addresses. Once we whitelist your account, the captcha will be removed for all users filling out your form from the same IP multiple times.
