Form language is in Italian when creating conditions

Ho un problema con la lingua.
Nelle condizioni del modulo, l'elenco paesi esce in Italiano e quindi Italia è scritto Italia.
Nel modulo da compilare (online) l'elenco dei paesi esce in inglese e quindi Italy.
A quel punto la condizione creata non funziona.
Come posso risolvere?

Now, coming back to your question, I can see that your form language is English. I tried to replicate the issue, but it seems the language is in English. Take a look at the screenshot below:

Can you try to temporarily change the language of your account? Here's how to do it:

• On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar icon.
• In the window that opens, click on Settings.
  
• Click on the Edit button on the right of Language.
  
• Select English from the dropdown and click on Save.
