How to Change Page Title?

Salve. Nonostante io abbia cambiato il nome del modulo nelle impostazioni del form, quando clicco sul link da condividere per provare a compilarlo il nome del modulo rimane "Order your products" e non capisco perché.

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
2. Click on the blue Show More Option button and edit Page Title.
