Ho creato un modulo da firmare e inviare ed arriva correttamente . Tuttavia quando lo vado a scaricare in PDF la firma non compare.esiste un modo per poterla vedere anche in PDF?grazie

Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to the Jotform Sign documents? If yes, let me show you how to check the inbox to see the signed documents.

1. Open your document in Sign Builder, then click on the Sign Builder dropdown menu on the top-left side of the page.
2. Go to Inbox, and then click on the Completed tab.
3. Now, select the document that you'd like to download and click on Download Signed Document on the top-right side of the screen.

As a workaround for downloading the empty original document, you can print the page by pressing CTRL + P in Sign Builder. You might also want to check out this guide to learn more about how to use Jotform Sign. When your document gets signed, you also receive an email from the Jotform as a confirmation email with the PDF attachment that the document is signed and completed by all parties. Can you also check that as well? Can you also confirm with the signing party that they have signed the document properly and correctly?
