    Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, we don't have the option to show/hide fields in the PDF attachment conditionally. You can consider creating multiple PDFs to show each different situation, then send a conditional email depending on the submitter's answers. To do this, we'll need to go through the set-up for the following:

    1. Create different PDF documents for each case.
    2. Create different Autoresponder/Notification Email setting for each case.
    3. Attached PDF document to Autoresponder/Notification Email.
    4. Attached Conditional Logic to trigger Autoresponder/Notification Email.

    Setting these up is easy, let me show you how:

    1. Create different PDF documents for each case.

    • In Form Builder, click on the down arrow at the top-left of your screen.
    • Click on PDF Editor, and you'll be directed to our PDF Editor.
    • Click on +New PDF, then select New Document.
    • Personalize the document according to your need. You'll need to repeat these steps for all the case.

    2. Create different Autoresponder/Notification Email setting for each case.

    •  In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top orange navigation bar.
    •  Click on Emails on the left sidebar.
    •  Click on Add an Email.
    •  Select your preferred email setting, and follow the wizard. You'll need to repeat these steps for all the case.

    3. Attached PDF document to Autoresponder/Notification Email.

    • In Email section, hover your mouse over Notification/Autoresponder.
    • Click on Pencil icon, this will open up the email settings.
    • Click on the Advanced tab.
    • Scroll down to find PDF Attachment and click on the toggle to turn it on.
    • Select your PDF's case, then scroll down the page and click on Save.

    4. Attached Conditional Logic to trigger Autoresponder/Notification Email.

    • Still in Setting section, click on Condition on the left sidebar.
    • Click on +Add Condition, then select Change & Email Recipient.
    • Set a logical condition like the ones below:

    • Now, click on Save, and you're done.
