Getting Whoops 404 when accessing images uploaded in my form

ho creato un modulo jotform che consente di inserire un'immagine, sia come allegato che come scatto in diretta. il modulo arriva a degli utenti esterni, che non hanno utenza ma devono solo visualizzare il modulo con l'immagine.

l'immagine però non riescono a visionarla. come procedo?

Now, coming back to your question, after clicking the link of the files attached uploaded in your form from the email notification, and it shows the whoops 404 error error, then, this could be related to your account's privacy settings.

To resolve this, make sure that your external users have a Jotform account and are logged in whenever they are accessing the link to that uploaded file. If you don't want to require them to sign up for an account with Jotform, just disable the “Requirement to log in to View Uploaded Files”. It's easy to do, but we'll need to do that on the Desktop version of Jotform because this option is not available yet on the Jotform Mobile App. Let me walk you through it:

• Login to your Jotform account.
• Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
• In the dropdown, click on Settings or this link to go directly to your Settings page.
• On the Security page, scroll down to the Privacy section and uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files.
