PROBLEMI ACCESSO APP

    Buonasera,

    ad un tratto non riesco più ad avviare correttamente il mio account da App.

    Da web ci riesco ed è tutto ok, ma da App non riesco nemmeno ad entrare.

    Ho provato a disinstallare e reinstallare l'app e mi si è aperta, ma è come se mi fosse stato resettato l'account, non trovo più i miei moduli e non ho più bil mio piano Bronzo, poi una volta chiusa e riaperta non si avvia più nuovamente.


    Come mai?

    Now, coming back to your question, I've cleared your form caches; your forms are refreshed. Can you please change the internet connection and log into your app? You should use your chiarelliangelo82@gmail.com to log into your Bronze account. Can you let us know what type of the mobile device are you using? We will need to know the device name and the version of the operating system are you using?

    It is important that you use the latest updated Jotform app only and log into it to access your account. Here is a guide on how to share with us the screenshot. It is also recommended that you restart your device and then try to log into your account using an app.

    If the issue persists, can you please share with us the screencast using Loom or any other screen recording software. You can share the link here, and we will be able to check it out.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    I did as you suggested and also restarted my smartphone, and everything went back to normal.
