    Buon pomeriggio sono il signor Tessitore Domenico, in data odierna alle ore 17,30 dovevo sostenere l'esame di alfabetizzazione per un problema tecnico dovuto al mio indirizzo email errato non sono riuscito a collegarmi, ho provato piú volte ma con esito negativo. Vi chiedo pertanto di verificare nuovamente le mie credenziali e resto in attesa di vostre notizie. Sono reperibile alla seguente utenza telefonica 3270280889

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked the email address that you've used with this ticket and it is connected to a Starter-Free Account. If you have a different account that you use to fill out the form, can you please share with us the Email Address or the Username so we can look into it? Also, can you please share with us the Form URL that you have filled out?
