Spazio di caricamento: il limite non scende

Buongiorno, mi dice che lo spazio di upload ha raggiunto il limite

Dai vari form ho eliminato le singoli records liberando spazio, ma il limite non scende. Per quale motivo.

Perchè non trovo nel cestino i record eliminati ma solo se elimino il form totale lo vedo cestinato.

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account, and it appears that you are exceeded from allocated upload space. Could you please delete your form submissions? Please try to download your submissions as a backup before deleting them. You can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:

• On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

• Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
• Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.

Let me show you how to permanently delete submission data:

• From the My Forms page, click on your Form and select the Submissions button on the toolbar above.
• In your form's table, select the related submission and click on the delete button at the upper right corner of the page

Note that you'll have to delete them from your trashed entries to delete them from your account permanently. Permanently deleted submission data can no longer be recovered.

• Click on the 3-dot icon on your tab name, and click on Trash Entries.
• On the menu that will come up on the right, select the submission and click Delete permanently.

Permanently deleted submissions can no longer be recovered. Please consider keeping a backup of your submission data by downloading them as EXCEL/PDF/CSV or integrating your form with Google Sheets so you'll have a backup of your data in the Cloud.
