SPAZIO DI CARICAMENTO

Buongiorno,
ho acquistato il piano BRONZE con 1GB di caricamento dopo una chat con un consulente che mi ha confermato che se procedevo alla cancellazione dei Files lo spazio sarebbe bastato.
Ora ho utilizzato 780MB su 1Gb. Come devo fare?

Now, coming back to your question, I recalculated your upload space, and it's still showing 739.50 MB/1 GB. I checked your forms' tables and there are still entries that need to be purged in the Trashed folder.

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the three vertical dots icon on the main Submissions tab.

2. Click the Trashed entries option.

3. Select the submission/s you want to delete or tick on Select All.

4. Click the Delete Forever button.

Just be mindful that this process cannot be undone. In case you still need them in the future, you can restore them first, and make a backup copy of them. Here are different guides on how to do it:
