    Buongiorno

    da qualche tempo i diversi moduli che utilizziamo ci chiedono una conferma dopo aver scelto un'opzione da un menu a scorrimento (allego foto).

    Come si può fare a togliere questo passaggio?

    Now, coming back to your question, I made a test on a cloned form but could not replicate the issue. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:

    I went ahead and cleared your form cache to refresh your form, could you try checking again? If the issue persists, can you share the device that you are using so we can try and replicate the issue?

    It seems that this issue is phone specific. I tested on a Samsung phone but could not replicate the issue:

    Could you share what device model are you using? I also suggest trying other phone models to check.

    Hi Paola,

    Drop-down menus are styled and designed based on the device or browser. Choosing items on a dropdown requires confirmation when you use the UC browser on Huawei devices. But when using Chrome, you won't have this step to make choices in dropdown menus.

    So, unfortunately, this method of confirmation is beyond the limits of what Jotform can change or do.
