Come consentire più invii da parte dello stesso cliente

Buon pomeriggio,

vi contatto in quanto ho bisogno della Vs assistenza per quanto riguarda l'utilizzo dei moduli per il mio store e ora vi spiego meglio. Ogni volta che un Cliente fa un ordine, riceve un'email tramite Klaviyo per procedere al caricamento dei contenuti.
Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi con il modulo fino a che un cliente ha effettuato un ordine doppio; quindi in un unico ordine ha acquistato due prodotti che prevedono la compilazione del modulo entrambi ma separatamente.
La mia domanda è questa: per questa tipologia di ordini ( doppi, Tripli, quadrupli, ecc.. in ogni caso ORDINI NON SINGOLI) che prevedono la compilazione del modulo necessariamente separata, come posso fare? perchè ho cliccato sullo stesso link ma non mi permette di caricare dei nuovi contenuti.

Now, coming back to your question, do you want to allow multiple submissions to the same person? If so, let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the screen.
2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings and then click on Show More Options.
3. In the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select No Check in the Unique Submission dropdown menu.
