    Hi Antonio,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question. I see you're having issues with autoresponder emails not being delivered to your users. This email delivery failure is likely caused by how your domain's email authentication is set up. When users submit your Jotform, a confirmation email is sent from our servers. However, Gmail is blocking these emails because your domain has an SPF record with a strict policy. This policy restricts emails claiming to be from your domain to only authorized senders listed in the SPF record. Unfortunately, the IP address used by Jotform to send emails doesn't currently match the authorized senders in your SPF record.

You can contact your domain provider or IT administrator. They can help you update your SPF record to include the IP addresses used by Jotform for sending emails. This is the most secure solution. We don't publicly list our email-sending IPs for security reasons, but your domain provider can likely help you find the relevant information.

Reach out again if you have any more questions.
