Unable to change email address

    Buongiorno, dovrei cambiare l'account di accesso ai moduli ma non riesco a fare la modifica.

    Io ho un piano free e uso l'account google per entrare.

    Dovrei cambiare account google, come posso fare?

    il sistema sente la seconda mail come se avessi già un account, ma di fatto col secondo account non riesco ad entrare.

    il secondo account sarebbe questo: challenge21giorni.pt@gmail.com

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked the account associated with the email challenge21giorni.pt@gmail.com and saw that it has already been deleted. But please note that the deleted account will stay in our system for 30 days until it is totally purged. This provides ample time for users who have changed their minds and want to restore their accounts. That's the reason why you still can't use this email for your main account. To free up the account, we will reactivate the deleted account, and you need to do the following:

    Please I would delete my account Jotform challenge21giorni.pt@gmail.com because I have to use this email for my account opened with mauriziarimondi.hl@gmail.com.

    Hi Challenge21giorni,

    Please note that when you delete an account, it can take 30 days to make the email address available for use again. To fix this, we can reactivate the deleted account and once reactivated, log in to it and change the account email to a different email address that has never been used for a Jotform. This way, we can release the email immediately to be used on the account that you'd like to keep. Please respond with the email address of the deleted account so we can reactivate it.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
