Buongiorno, dovrei cambiare l'account di accesso ai moduli ma non riesco a fare la modifica.
Io ho un piano free e uso l'account google per entrare.
Dovrei cambiare account google, come posso fare?
il sistema sente la seconda mail come se avessi già un account, ma di fatto col secondo account non riesco ad entrare.
il secondo account sarebbe questo: challenge21giorni.pt@gmail.com

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked the account associated with the email challenge21giorni.pt@gmail.com and saw that it has already been deleted. But please note that the deleted account will stay in our system for 30 days until it is totally purged. This provides ample time for users who have changed their minds and want to restore their accounts. That's the reason why you still can't use this email for your main account. To free up the account, we will reactivate the deleted account, and you need to do the following:
- Login to your account at challenge21giorni.pt@gmail.com and change the email address to any of your other emails.
- Log out of this account and log in to your account at mauriziarimondi.hl@gmail.com, then you can now change the email address to challenge21giorni.pt@gmail.com.
