Image Radio Button widget: How do I add images with URL?

Now, coming back to your question: Are you referring to the Image Radio Buttons widget? If yes, you can upload images to any file-sharing service and then get their URLs to add to the widget. To get the URL, you can use hosting sites like Imgur to upload the images first. 

You can also upload the images to Jotform by using the Image field. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form element menu to add an Image element to your form.
2. Upload the image you'd like to use on the Image Radio Buttons widget.
(Note that you can do this on a separate form)

3. Then, preview the form, right-click the image and choose Copy Image Address.
4. After that, you can add the image link in the Image Checkboxes widget.
