Acquisizione dati carta di credito come garanzia

    Salve, ho un modulo per prenotare un tavolo al mio ristorante. Vorrei però un sistema per dissuadere i clienti a non presentarsi senza disdire entro 24h. Pensavo di poter usare un metodo di pagamento con carta di credito che addebiti 0 euro e se poi non si presentano processare un addebito vero di 15 euro a persona. Come posso fare? Anche una soluzione diversa potrebbe andare bene purché sia chiaro x il cliente che se non disdice il tavolo dovrà comunque pagare una somma a titolo di penale.

    Thanks for your patience. To my understanding, you would like to automatically charge the 15 euros when the customer does not show up for their reservation. Unfortunately, the customer cannot be charged automatically for not showing up. Payment authorization might work for you, it is a two-step payment solution that lets you authorize and capture a payment later. This feature is helpful if you wish to preapprove payments before delivering the physical items you’re selling. You can check it out our guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.
