Jotform App: How to change the submission headers?

perché in questo modulo che ho messo qua sotto non riesco a vedere il nome della persona al primo posto e vedo un link.? Nel modulo la prima opzione è inserire il nome, non capisco perché viene fuori dalla prima dicitura questo nome strano e il link. Il modulo in questione è questo qua: https://form.jotform.com/241430687399366

It's possible to arrange how the fields appear in your inbox. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Inbox, click on the 3-dot icons next to the tab title and click on Inbox Settings.
2. Next, click on the Field tab on the right, and arrange the fields accordingly.

Are you referring to the submission header? If so, we can also update that. Let me show you how:

1. In your Jotform Mobile App, on the submission page, tap on one of the submissions.
   
2. Next, tap on the 3 vertical dot icon and click on View Settings.
   
3. Now, select the Name field as the Header and that's it.
