Jotform Mobile Forms App: Monitor submissions and receive push notifications

Now, coming back to your question, you can install the Jotform Mobile Forms App on your device which will allow you to view your submission and receive notifications from there.

1. Open your Jotform Mobile App and choose your form.

2. In the window that opens up, tap on Submissions to open the Submissions List.

You can set up the app so can receive notifications for your form submissions in just a few easy steps. Let's do it:

1. Launch the Jotform Mobile App and tap on the Gear icon on the top-right side of the screen to open Settings.

2. In the Settings window, tap on Notifications.

3. Toggle New Submission Notification to the On position, and put a check on the box next to your form.

Now, you'll receive a notification whenever someone fills out your form. However, the reply to submission feature is only available on desktop. But, you can tap your respondent's email address from their submission so you can reply to them using the email application on your device.

Sono un insegnante di pianoforte online e per ogni studente creo un programma di studio dedicato mostrandoli con una Dashboard la sua evoluzione per ogni categoria d’esercizio per ogni settimana come ti mostro nello screenshot qui sotto la prima parte di questo programma consiste in avere sempre una Dashboard Dove lo studente possa vedere i suoi progressi per ogni categoria di esercizio.dopo per ogni giorno della settimana lo studente può caricare il suo link, ossia caricare un video per mostrarmi come sta praticando il pianoforte. In questo modo io riesco a dargli un feedback esatto su che cosa deve fare per migliorare ora siccome questo programma attualmente lo sto utilizzando su Excel e sto avendo molti problemi mi piacerebbe riuscire a fare la stessa cosa che ti ho appena spiegato con una delle vostre app. Avete qualcosa o un’idea di come potrei fare la stessa cosa che ti ho appena mostrato qui con questi screenshot? 

 Praticamente ciò che ho bisogno è che lo studente possa avere un posto per caricare i suoi video, ovviamente questo lo posso fare con un semplice modulo dove lo studente può caricare i suoi link per categorie di esercizio ma posso anche utilizzare un’app per rendere la cosa più professionale e semplificare la sua esperienza di apprendimento. Riesci a mostrarmi come potrei farlo con un modulo o con un app che avete già come template?

Thanks for getting back to us. You can create an app in Jotform that you can embed on your website or share directly with your students. However, unlike a form, the app does not have an upload file feature. You would still create a form with a File Upload field that you can add to the app.,

You can create a File Upload Form or use the File Upload Form Templates available on our Templates Page here. In your form, you can add a Long Text field where you can put your feedback. The Long Text field will be hidden and not be shown to your students when they visit your form. You can edit their submission, fill out the Long Text field, and resubmit the form.

Jotform offers a way for you to view and edit submissions on your form. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
2. This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.

Editing your form submissions:

1. In your Jotform Tables, hover your mouse over the submission you want to edit.
2. Click on the Three Dots icon on the left side of the submission.
3. In the dropdown list that comes up, click on Edit Entry.
4. Now, edit the submission.
   
   

You can set up an Email Autoresponder on your form that will be sent to your students after they submit the form and after you edit their submission with your feedback. Let me show you how to set it up:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add an Email.
4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
5. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
