What is required plan for 100 form and 300 possible submissions and how to set up email notification per user who submitted the form?

Thanks for your patience. To create more than 100 forms and 300 submissions, I would suggest our Gold plan, which has a maximum of 100 forms and 10,000 monthly submissions. If you would like a confirmation email to be sent to the participant or submitter of form,. You can just easily add an email field to your form where they can enter their email address and the form will automatically create an autoresponder email notification for them after submissions. Here's how you do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Elements.

2. Then click on Email to add it to the form field.

After you add the email element to the field, your form will create an autoresponder email, which will automatically trigger or send a notification after the user provides the email address and submits the form.
