Modulo MC non funziona più

    I nostri allievi ci dicono che da questa mattina non riescono ad inviare il nostro modulo MC. Eppure fino a qualche ora fa funzionava correttamente.

    Al momento sembra riandare. Ma per un po' di tempo per alcune persone l'invio è risultato impossibile e si rimaneva bloccati sul messaggio "please wait...".

    Now, coming back to your question, I understand how upsetting this is. I’m going to do my best to resolve it for you. We're glad that your form is working correctly right now. just incase you experience this issue you can easily try to clear your form cache and try it again. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.

    3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.Modulo MC non funziona più Image 2 Screenshot 41
