Set the Star Rating from 0 to 10

non riesco a inserire l'undicesimo numero nella domanda di NPS che volfio inseririe nel mio form.

thank you for your fast reply, it's ok form me in english. I know the form works ok but the problem is another: in this question I can't put from 0 to 10 but also from 1 to 10 or from 0 to 9.

Can you help me to insert from 0 to 10?

Thanks for the feedback. If I understand your concern correctly, you can't set the rating from 0 to 10, 1 to 10, and 0 to 9. If yes, then please note that the maximum number of stars that appear in the rating is up to ten stars only. Also, you see the 9 stars as 0 is counted as 1. So doing 0 to 10 will only result in 0 to 9 stars. I tested your form, and I could display it from 1 to 10. Check out my screencast below:

Let me show you how to do it:

1. In your Form Builder, select your question field and click on the Gear Icon.
2. In the Question Properties, go to the Options tab and set the Lowest Rating Value to 1 and the Highest Rating Value to 10.

That's it! Test your form, and you should achieve a 1 to 10-star rating scale. Check out my screencast below:
